About Us
Monsoonal Blues Gifts & Homewares' humble beginnings was in the Kimberley town of Derby, Western Australia in 2001, offering unique customer service, gifts & homewares never before offered to this little town.
Our closest neighboring town was the tourist destination of Broome – home of the beautiful south sea pearl, some 230km south of Derby. We frequently had shoppers traveling from Broome to Derby to shop with us. These customers loved our range and products and would repeatedly ask us to open a shop in Broome. It wasn’t long before we took up the challenge and opened our beautiful shop in Broome 2002.
Since then we sadly closed our store in Derby, concentrating on our Broome store expanding its size considerably. This has allowed us to increase the diversity of our stock ranges. We are now the largest gifts & homewares store in the Kimberley and North West, stocking leading name home brands.
