Terms & Conditions

Please take a few minutes to review our terms and conditions. Your continued use of Monsoonal Blues Web site constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and be bound by them.
  • Payment types: All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include Goods and Service tax (GST), international orders are welcome.
  • Monsoonal Blues gifts & homewares accept Bankcard, MasterCard, & Visa. A CCV number will need to be quoted when making credit card payments and is made up of the last 3 digits of the number above your signature on the rear of your card.
  • We also accept payment by Direct Deposit, Cheque, or Money Orders; however these payment methods may delay delivery times accordingly.
  • Pricing : Products and prices may be changed at any time without notice including items that have been listed but not purchased
  • Colours: We have endeavoured to display the colours of products as accurately as possible, however, colours change according to the monitor being used therefore we cannot guarantee that the colours you see will be completely accurate.
  • Security: Our site offers industry standard 128bit SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) encryption protection allowing you to purchase online with confidence.
  • Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order an Order Confirmation will be automatically generated by our system and emailed to you.
  • Postage charges: A minimum freight charge of $15 applies to all orders. Larger items will be charged at standard Australia Post rates and we will advise you by email before processing your order. You will be advised by email of items that may be out of stock prior to processing payment of your order.
  • Delivery: Delivery is via Australia Post, please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery of your order.
  • Please note that payment by Direct Deposit, Cheque, or Money Order can delay shipment by several days
  • We will endeavor to have your order ready to be dispatch within 2 working days. However sometimes items do not arrive from suppliers when expected which would delay delivery. In these instances we will contact you to discuss further to an approximate delivery time frame.
  • Delayed Delivery: It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Monsoonal Blues if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
  • Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
  • Refund Policy: Monsoonal Blues gifts & homewares complies with Australian Consumer Law regulated by the Department of Fair Trading in regard to damaged or faulty goods.. Goods must be returned in original packaging together with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt of delivery for exchange or issue of a credit note. Refunds are not permitted for change of mind purchases.
  • PLEASE ENSURE ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE AND INFORM US IMMEDIATELY
  • Privacy: Monsoonal Blues respects your privacy and complies with the Privacy Act 1998(Cth). Information provided to us is used solely for marketing purposes and will not be sold or passed on to third parties without your consent.
