Refund Policy

Monsoonal Blues gifts & homewares complies with Australian Consumer Law regulated by the Department of Fair Trading in regard to damaged or faulty goods.. Goods must be returned in original packaging together with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt of delivery for exchange or issue of a credit note. Refunds are not permitted for change of mind purchases.
PLEASE ENSURE ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE AND INFORM US IMMEDIATELY

FAULTY: If a product proves to be faulty we ask that you take a photograph and email sales.monsoonalblues@westnet.com.au along with a description of the issues, we will contact you to discuss further if needed.
If your fault is approved by the supplier then we will happily send you a replacement item.
If the supplier deems the defect to be the fault of the customer then the product will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense and the cost to send the product to us initially will be charged to the customer.

OVERSEA POSTAGE: Please note that we DO NOT take responsiblity for BROKEN items as all products are check twice prior to shipping and packaged accordingly.
